Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie (PTUK) participated in the Palestinian Conference on Medical Imaging Sciences 2026, which brought together a distinguished group of academics, healthcare professionals, and specialists in medical imaging and radiology from various Palestinian health and academic institutions.
PTUK was represented by Dr. Osama Khudraj, Head of the Department of Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Radiology, who contributed to the conference through his membership on both the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Review Committee responsible for evaluating the research papers presented at the conference.
The scientific program addressed the latest developments and emerging trends in the fields of medical imaging and radiological sciences.
Commenting on the University's participation, Dr. Rabab Jarrar, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences, expressed her pride in this contribution, emphasizing that the involvement of PTUK faculty members in the scientific and organizational committees of specialized conferences reflects the University's distinguished academic standing and the expertise of its academic staff. She noted that such participation further strengthens the University's presence within local and international scientific and research communities.
Dr. Jarrar added that PTUK remains committed to supporting scientific research and encouraging active engagement in specialized conferences and professional events, recognizing their important role in advancing academic programs and enhancing the quality of education and training in health and medical disciplines.
