E-Learning Center (KCeL)

KCeL was established in 2011 in alignment with the mission of PTUK to im-
prove higher education through the inclusion of cutting-edge educational
technologies. E- Learning is not a substitute for the conventional edu-
cational system but a supplement to it meeting, therefore, the digital
generation’s needs by making learning more responsive, flexible, in-
teractive, adaptive, personal and enjoyable.

Center of Entrepreneurship in Computerized Sciences
(ECAS)

ECAS was established in cooperation with local and international spe-
cialists in order to develop the teaching of accounting in the academic
sectors in Palestine. The center was funded through the World Bank’s
Quality Improvement Fund project and was implemented by the
Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

Kadoorie Center for Learning and Teaching Innovation
(KCLTI)

KCLTI was established in line with the university’s vision to enhance the
quality of education for both faculty members and students by offering
a variety of training programs and workshops in collaboration with
PTUK’s community and international experts.
