Other Scholarships and Exemptions
Exemption Percentage Terms
- Regardless to the number of the siblings, the exemption is granted
Siblings Exemption and valid as long as they are registered at PTUK,

- Providing a proof from the Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-detain-
ees and the Red Cross to prove detainment period,
- The male detainee’s children or wife are exempted if he is sentenced
Detainee’s children or wife. 100% no less than 5 years and has been detained for 3 years in prison,
- The female detainee’s children are exempted if she is sentenced no
less than 3 years and has been detained for 1 year in prison.
- Providing a proof from the Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-detain-
ees and the Red Cross to prove detainment period,
- Male ex-detainees are exempted provided that they have been de-
tained for 5 years in prison,

Ex-detainees - Female ex-detainees are exempted
provided that they have been detained for 3 years in prison ,
- The ex-detainee could pass the exemption to one of his/her
children or spouse to obtain the first University Certificate.
