The technical accounting major is one of the modern specializations that keep pace with the rapid development in the world of finance and business. To prepare technical accountants who possess the ability and competence that enable them to use the accounting programs recognized in the Palestinian and regional markets.
The program aspires to supply the Palestinian and regional market with accountants who have sufficient foundations that make them able to work in accounting in the public and private sectors.
The program seeks, through its courses, to help graduates learn about the most important conceptual and technical developments in the world of accounting, in addition to training students on the actual work environment and engaging in it in partnership with various sectors.

Graduates of this program are expected to work in fields related to accounting: as an accounting assistant, treasurer, cashier, warehouse keeper, custodian, tax officer, and assistant auditor.
Graduates of the technical accounting program can work in various institutions and fields such as government institutions and ministries, private financial institutions, industrial and service institutions, banking institutions, accounting and auditing firms, financial management institutions, insurance companies, local governance institutions and municipalities, and more.
