Three students from Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie achieved first, third, and fifth places in the “Heaven Tree in Students’ Eyes" competition organized by the Environmental Education Center/Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
According to the competition results, Randa Adel Saifi won the first prize, Bayan Abu Asal won the third prize, and Enfiraaj Shareef won the fifth prize, all in the drawing category.
Dr. Alaa Issa, the Dean of Student Affairs, congratulated the winning students, emphasizing the university's commitment to integrating students into non-curricular activities, cultural and artistic competitions, enriching student life, and raising social and national awareness among the youth.
He added that student participation provides a window for the local community to appreciate the achievements, talents, and accomplishments of university students.
The competition was held as part of the twenty-third Olive Harvest Festival, targeting university and institute students. It featured two specialized judging committees for drawings and articles. Several universities participated, including An-Najah National University, Arab American University, Bethlehem University, Palestine Ahliya University, Polytechnic University, and Al-Quds College of Nursing and Midwifery.
