PTUK Participates in 3DgarT Project Meeting in Portugal

Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie participated in the third management meeting of the 3D Fashion Design project, 3DgarT, as part of the EU-funded Erasmus+ program. The university was represented by Dr. Mahmoud Al-Jazzar, the project coordinator, and Mr. Samer Al-Subai.

The meeting was hosted by the CITEVE Institute in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal, with participants from Jordan, Palestine, Greece, and Italy.

The meeting aimed to review activities under the project's fourth work package WP4, which focuses on developing courses in 3D fashion design. Discussions also addressed the application of skills acquired in previous training programs and the development of a new training curriculum tailored to the needs of trainers and fashion designers from Jordan and Palestine.

Dr. Mahmoud Al-Jazzar, the project coordinator, noted that as the project enters its final phase, the partners will focus on ensuring the successful launch of labs, promoting the developed training courses, and organizing events that bring together project members and key stakeholders. These efforts aim to enhance the transferability and impact of the project's outcomes.

The 3DgarT project is a professional initiative under the Erasmus+ program, funded by the European Union. It involves Palestine Technical University – Khadouri as part of its strategy to develop professional programs, in collaboration with Palestinian and international universities.
