Newcomers Programming Competition Highlights PTUK Students’ Excellence

Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie organized the Newcomers Programming Competition, reaffirming its academic leadership and vibrant student engagement. The event was sponsored by the Student Union Council and the Shabiba Students’ Movement and organized by the Computer Engineering Club and the Technology Committee.

The competition was held across the University’s campuses in Tulkarm, Al-Aroub, and Ramallah, with broad participation from students of the Faculties of Engineering and Technology. The event reflected institutional cohesion and a strong spirit of scientific competition among the branches.

Targeting first-year students in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, the competition provided a professional platform to develop programming and analytical skills early in their academic journey. The initiative aligns with the University’s vision of preparing qualified technical graduates capable of keeping pace with rapid technological advancements and contributing to digital innovation.
