Kadoorie Launches Entrepreneurship Course: From Idea to Startup

Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie has launched a new course entitled "Entrepreneurship - From Idea to Startup" as an elective course in cooperation with IIT University in the United States of America.
The course aims to enable the university students to transform their ideas into real business projects where practical application and networking with the private sector occupy a great deal of teaching. The course also aims at creating an atmosphere of cooperation and interaction between teachers and students through an electronic portal developed by the Innovation and Education Technology Center.
The Director of the Innovation Education and Technology Center Mr. Amjad Al-Masri delivered a presentation on the importance of entrepreneurship in supporting the national economy and called the students to start thinking about their future using their academic experience to develop projects that foster real businesses.
It is worth mentioning here that Dr. Khaild Shedid, Dr. Fatihi Anaya and Dr. Mohammad Noor will be responsible for the students’ teaching and training alongside with the participation of business leaders and experts from different pioneering private companies who will be delivering their work experience to the course students.
