Consequently this will help us understand these concepts and clarify how to how to deal with them. In addition we are meeting new indications and new content arising in a new economy. This new economy is forcing us to adapt quickly to the changes introduced by new technologies and understanding the constant effects of technologies on the economy and trade. Therefore it can state that the digital economy is the economic activity that happens due to working in a digital setting. The digital economy goes behind bought goods. It involves information technology infrastructure to connect to the Internet. More shortly it’s a fashionable industrial revolution.
    The influence of digital technology on community and economics has been seen in recent years. Thus business institutions require to be up-to-date on the most advanced developments in the area of digitization. Commonly the program intends to align with scientific technological and global progress in the financial economy. Besides it aims to develop qualified alumni to fulfill future workplace expectations.
    The program also intends to be in line with the ministry’s policy to achieve quality and quantity of higher education to establish the principles of sustainable development.
    Based on the administration’s objectives to offer more specializations in line with the strategic plans and meet the needs of the Palestinian economy. The university decided to add a master’s degree in financial economics to the Palestinian society’s demand for it a national point of view as well
