The Department of Physical Education at the faculty of sciences and arts at Palestine’s Technical University - Kadoorie organized a coexistence day for students as a part of the Outdoor Life course in order to promote the culture of belonging and networking with the local community.
In this context, Dr.Al-Kasem stated that the organization of the camp, which lasted for three days, comes within the framework of the application of practical Outdoor Life skills in order to teach students discipline, optimal time exploitation, and to expose them to the military life experience.
During the three days, the students were exposed to several military skills such as: landing skills, camouflage, night march, military march, weapon dismantling and installation, as well as attending practical lectures on first aid and a lecture on security services.
