Academic Staff Development
PTUK aims to enhance and support excellence in academic practice across leadership, professional skills
and research. Consequently, an effective agreement with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education
has been signed for the development of the academic staff.
Per the terms of this agreement, the university is now dispatching 37+ lecturers of different academic
programs for pursing their postgraduate doctoral studies in various parts of the world, in addition to join-
ing fellowship programs to encourage the staff complete high studies abroad, exchange expertise and
scientific visits, share knowledge and technology with prestigious universities, develop courses for better
academic performance, and ease the staff’s mission who want to complete postgraduate studies on their
own expense.
