Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie (PTUK), through the Graduate Follow-up and Employment Unit at the Deanship of Student Affairs, in cooperation with the Student Union Council, Shabiba Movement, and INJAZ Palestine – Tulkarm Branch, has concluded the interview and idea evaluation phases for students applying to participate in the Student Company Program. This initiative comes as part of the university’s efforts to support students and prepare them for effective participation in the labor market.
The interviews focused on assessing students’ personal and practical skills, their ability to work within teams, and their readiness to commit to the program’s requirements. The process was carried out with the participation of Eng. Ali Odeh, Dr. Mohammad Jallad, Mr. Wajdi Jallad, and Eng. Dania Hbaib.
Meanwhile, the entrepreneurial idea evaluation sessions concentrated on examining the feasibility of the proposed ideas, their relevance to community needs, and their potential for sustainability. The university affirmed that work will continue in the upcoming phases, which include selecting the final teams, developing business models, building entrepreneurial skills, and ultimately establishing and implementing the student companies.
